LET’S GET TOGETHER AND CHAT
The very first thing we’ll do is find a time to meet together. We want to get to know you, assess where you are in the process and identify what your ideal timeline looks like.
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll research your home, have you take us on a tour and evaluate the best way to present it. We’ll tell you exactly what our plan is and walk you down the path to see the best way to ready your house. Some sellers have the appetite for repairs and some don’t – that’s totally fine. We’ll discuss your options with you.
PRICE IT RIGHT
When you first decide to sell your home, one of the first questions you ask yourself is, “What’s my home even worth?” We’ll share market trends with you and dig deep into the buyer pool. For example, how many buyers are out there? What’s the demand for inventory right now? We’ll look at buyer migration and relocation trends as well. We like to set clear expectations up front by providing you with a comparison of the price you can expect with your home as is vs. after some improvements. All of these factors will paint a comprehensive picture and help us determine an appropriate price in order to sell for the most amount of money possible.
PREP & PRO DAYS
Prep: First impressions are everything. We’ll go through each and every room in your home with our room by room check list in order to prepare it for the market. We’ll guide you in making the investments that will dramatically increase your home’s value and even recommend professionals to get the job done.
Pro: Once your home is shining from pep day, we dedicate a full day to getting your house ready so that it looks it’s absolute best. Think of it as a spa day…but for your home. This includes staging, professional photography, drone photography, professional videography and storytelling. We’ll make your home look so good, you won’t want to leave!
In this day and age, sticking a sign in the front yard simply isn’t enough. We know that different properties appeal to different buyers. That’s why we design a custom marketing and messaging plan for each home we represent for sale. When we are ready to go live with your home, we treat it like it’s a huge event (well…because it is). We set up a custom page on our site to feature your property, promote it at every stage (Coming Soon, Just Listed, Open House etc.), advertise it via Facebook and Instagram, digital display and video advertising,, e-mail it out to our entire database and follow up with everyone who shows interest and intent. Our exclusive marketing approach helps us fulfill our promise to sell your home as quickly as possible for the best price.
NEGOTIATE AN OFFER
As we present an offer, we’ll compile the pros and cons of each so that you have a full understanding of what the offer means to you and what the best decision for you is. We’ll walk you through what to expect after accepting or countering and every detail of the closing process. Lucky for you, negotiation is our specialty. If and when the time to go to bat arrives, rest assured we’ve got your back and will negotiate to get you the best terms for you.
CLOSE & CELEBRATE
This is one of the best, most exciting days for you because it marks the beginning of your life’s next chapter. By this point in the process, all the hard stuff will be handled and you can finally sit back, relax and cheers to your new beginning!
